Return, Exchange & Refund Policy
Note: This policy is applicable only if bought from www.smarteefi.in/shop. If you have
purchased from other physical/online stores please refer their return policy.
Returns
We have a 7-day
return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to
request a return.
To be eligible for
a return and refund, your item must be is same condition that you received it.
It must also be in the original packaging with the same serial numbers of the
products. You have to ship the product to our warehouse, please see the
Shipping Arrangement section below.
To complete your
return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. There are certain situations
where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable). Obvious Signs of Use,
Any item not in its original condition; different serial number; is damaged;
missing parts for reasons not known will not be eligible for refund.
Refunds (if applicable)
If return request
is genuine and ethical, it will be certainly approved, you’ll be automatically
refunded on your original payment method. Please bear in mind, it can take 4-5
working days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the
refund. Cheers!
Shipping
Arrangement
To return your
product, please mail/courier your product to our warehouse. Shipping charges to
be borne by the customer. Please consider using a trackable shipping
service as we do not take liability of the product till it reaches our
warehouse.
CAUTION: Kindly
note that if you return the item, and we find that the item is not in
the same condition that
you received it, and the item is worn or used, products with different serial
number are returned, and not in its original packaging, then you will fail to
claim a refund or exchange. In this unfortunate event, if you would need your item
back (that you returned to us), then you would have to pay the shipping so we
can deliver the item back to you. It is, thus, recommended that please do not endeavour to
act smart since it would create complications and conflicts for both parties.

Damages and issues
Please
inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is
defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate
the issue and make it right.
